London, United Kingdom, August 2026 — CNX Therapeutics has appointed Lucy Ralph as Chief People and Transformation Officer, expanding her leadership mandate after she previously served as the company’s interim Chief People Officer. The appointment strengthens CNX Therapeutics’ people and transformation leadership as the business continues to evolve within the portfolio of Inflexion.
Ralph brings more than 20 years of experience across human resources, organizational transformation, private equity environments, restructuring, leadership development and business operations. She joined CNX Therapeutics in April 2026 as Chief People Officer – Interim before moving into the permanent and broader role of Chief People and Transformation Officer in August 2026.
Before joining CNX Therapeutics, Ralph served as Director – CPO/CHRO/CAO/COO at Balmoral Wolf Strategies Limited, advising CEOs, executive committees and boards on organizational design, value creation, restructuring and people strategy across private equity cycles. She has also held advisory and interim leadership mandates with JSM Group Services Ltd. and Lendscape, where her responsibilities included transformation, organizational redesign, HR function assessment, communications, systems implementation and international expansion.
Earlier, Ralph served as Chief Administrative Officer at Norstella, alongside responsibilities as CHRO of Evaluate Ltd, supporting post-acquisition integration across people, communications, culture and engagement. She spent nearly 14 years with Evaluate Ltd, progressing through a series of leadership roles to become Chief Human Resources Officer. During this period, she helped support the company through multiple rounds of private equity investment and rapid growth, with the organization scaling from approximately 50 to 300 employees.
Her earlier career includes roles with nCipher, Goldman Sachs, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Exel Logistics. Across her career, Ralph has developed extensive expertise in people strategy, organizational development, restructuring, HR operations, transformation, private equity value creation, leadership development and change management.
