Ltd. has announced the elevation of Karthikeyan Kandaswamy to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO), as the company continues expanding its footprint across hospitality and airport-services businesses in India. In his elevated role, Karthikeyan will oversee the company’s group-wide financial strategy, operational governance, expansion planning, and long-term business growth initiatives.
Karthikeyan has been associated with Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. since 2022, when he joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he has played an important role in strengthening the company’s financial and operational framework while supporting its growth and expansion journey across airport hospitality, concierge, and premium travel services businesses.
Before joining Encalm Hospitality, Karthikeyan served as Vice President at Delhi International Airport Limited, where he contributed to finance leadership and operational management initiatives. Earlier, he spent more than six years with Larsen & Toubro Limited, holding senior leadership positions including Senior Deputy General Manager and Deputy General Manager, gaining extensive experience in financial operations, project management, and corporate finance leadership.
Earlier in his career, he worked with GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited as Associate General Manager and also held finance leadership roles with Shell Business Service Centre, Federal Express India Pvt Ltd, Scope International, and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited. With nearly three decades of experience spanning aviation, infrastructure, logistics, hospitality, and corporate finance, Karthikeyan Kandaswamy brings strong expertise in financial leadership, operational governance, and strategic business management.
