Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 2025 — Richa Chatrath Saincher has been promoted to Senior Director & Head of Talent Acquisition – India at Alvarez & Marsal, marking a significant leadership expansion within the firm’s India growth agenda. In her expanded role, she continues to lead talent acquisition strategy for India, aligned closely with global and regional expansion priorities across emerging markets, with a strong focus on senior leadership hiring.
In her current tenure at Alvarez & Marsal, Richa Chatrath Saincher has progressed steadily, most recently serving as Director & Head of Talent Acquisition – India before stepping into her elevated Senior Director role. She leads India talent acquisition with a clear mandate on leadership hiring at the Managing Director level, working closely with the Country Head and senior business leaders to support strategic growth.
Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, she spent over four years with DHR Global, where she served as Director – CEM, Banking & Financial Services, advising domestic and global clients on CXO-level hiring, private equity portfolio leadership build-outs, and executive search across APAC. Her role also included mentoring teams and contributing to business development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at Korn Ferry, working on global financial markets searches across banking, asset management, fintech, and private equity, and later led executive search initiatives at CinnamonRoles, where she built leadership teams for global clients across industries.
She began her professional journey with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Hidesign, gaining early operational and leadership exposure before transitioning into executive search and talent advisory.
Richa Chatrath Saincher holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.
