Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 — NK Securities Research has appointed Sampada Gupta as Head of Talent Acquisition, marking a significant leadership addition as the firm continues to strengthen its high-performance teams across technology and trading functions. In her new role, Sampada Gupta will lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives from the firm’s Gurugram office, supporting NK Securities Research’s growth ambitions in high-frequency trading and advanced financial markets operations.
Prior to joining NK Securities Research, Sampada Gupta spent over two years at WheelsEye, where she handled all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering, driving scalable hiring strategies for a fast-growing technology-led organization. Her work focused on building robust pipelines, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and aligning hiring with business priorities.
Before WheelsEye, Sampada Gupta held the role of Global Talent Acquisition Manager at OLX Autos, followed by nearly three years as Global Talent Acquisition Partner at OLX Group. During this phase, she led complex, multi-geography hiring programs, supported global business expansion, and contributed to building strong, future-ready talent ecosystems.
Earlier in her career, she played pivotal talent leadership roles at Airtel X Labs and Bharti Airtel, where she led technology hiring during critical phases of digital and data-driven transformation. She also held talent acquisition and HR leadership roles at PropTiger.com, Magic Software Pvt. Ltd., and Teach For India, gaining deep experience across startups, large enterprises, and mission-driven organizations. Sampada Gupta began her HR career in generalist roles, building strong foundations in recruitment operations, HR processes, and employee lifecycle management.
Sampada Gupta holds an MHROD in Human Resources Management and Services from the Delhi School of Economics, further strengthening her strategic and academic grounding in human resources leadership. pasted
