Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Prabhat Pastor has assumed the role of Head Talent Management & OD at Adani Realty, marking a significant milestone in his HR leadership journey. In his new position, he will lead the organisation’s talent strategy, organisation development framework, and people capability architecture to support Adani Realty’s fast-paced growth agenda and high-performance culture.
In his current role at Adani Realty, Prabhat leads enterprise-wide talent management, organisation development, leadership capability, and people transformation initiatives. He previously served for nearly three years as Head Business HR – Maharashtra Region, where he partnered closely with senior business leaders to strengthen workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and regional HR transformation.
Before joining Adani Realty, Prabhat spent close to five years at AFCONS Infrastructure Limited (Shapoorji Pallonji Group) in Corporate HR, where he played a key role in designing compensation frameworks, senior leadership hiring strategies, cultural integration programs, and enterprise HR governance systems.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Tata Projects, where he supported large engineering and infrastructure business units, driving organisation development and HR business partnering initiatives. He also built strong HRIS, SAP-HCM implementation, analytics, and large-scale workforce governance expertise through stints at AFCONS Infrastructure, Reliance Power, and other major infrastructure organisations across India and the Middle East.
Prabhat holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University.
