Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2024 – Jayant P. has joined Qentelli as Vice President Talent Acquisition, Global, marking a significant step in strengthening the company’s global talent strategy. In this role, Jayant will lead the organization’s efforts in acquiring top talent across the globe, driving innovative hiring strategies, and supporting Qentelli’s mission of delivering cutting-edge digital and cloud technology solutions.
Jayant’s career spans nearly two decades, showcasing extensive experience in global talent acquisition and management. Prior to joining Qentelli, he served as Director, Talent Acquisition – International at Epiq, where he successfully led recruitment efforts across APAC and received accolades such as the President’s Club and Annual Excellence Awards for his contributions.
Earlier, Jayant held the position of Associate Director – Global Talent Acquisition at Feuji Inc, where he was instrumental in scaling hiring operations globally for over four years. Before that, he worked at Gallop Solutions (a subsidiary of Cigniti Technologies) as Senior Manager, managing account teams and leading recruitment initiatives, further cementing his expertise in talent acquisition.
Jayant began his career at Knoah Solutions as a Subject Matter Expert, steadily rising through the ranks in roles such as Account Manager at Talent Logic Inc and Team Manager at Gallop Solutions. These experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of the nuances of talent management across diverse industries.
