Sarvinoz has been with SK Capital Partners since January 2022, steadily progressing through key roles. As a Senior Associate, Talent, she played a significant role in shaping the firm’s succession planning and HR transformation strategies. Earlier, as a Talent Associate, she contributed to the enhancement of talent acquisition and management processes, further establishing herself as a trusted leader within the organization.

Prior to joining SK Capital, Sarvinoz gained invaluable experience at ghSMART, a renowned leadership advisory firm, where she served as a Strategic Sourcer. In this role, she identified and engaged high-caliber candidates for executive and board-level positions, supporting organizational excellence across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Her earlier career includes impactful roles at Korn Ferry, where she worked as an Associate Consultant and Organizational Strategy Analyst. During her tenure, she honed her skills in succession planning, strategic HR planning, and talent development, contributing to the firm’s organizational consulting success.
Sarvinoz also brings experience from NBCUniversal, where she served as an Executive Search Intern, identifying top talent and supporting the recruitment of senior executives across the organization’s portfolio.
