Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Happiest Minds Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of Vasanth Achar as Delivery Director, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to scale its global digital transformation and enterprise delivery operations.
Vasanth Achar brings over nineteen years of experience across IT delivery leadership, P&L ownership, digital transformation, and enterprise program management. In his new role at Happiest Minds Technologies, he is responsible for managing complex client portfolios, ensuring delivery excellence, driving operational efficiency, and strengthening client relationships across global engagements.
Prior to this appointment, Vasanth served as Delivery Director at Kloud9, where he led large-scale SAP and digital transformation programs across global enterprises, building high-performing delivery teams and strengthening multi-geography operations.
Earlier, he was associated with Mindtree as Program Director, where he managed strategic programs across BFSI and technology domains, delivering mission-critical digital programs and client transformation initiatives.
He spent close to nine years with Cognizant, where he held leadership roles including Associate Director, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, and Senior Manager, gaining deep expertise in delivery governance, global stakeholder management, transition management, and scaled agile execution.
His early career includes leadership roles at CDC Software, Nous Infosystems, Tata Consultancy Services, and Kirloskar Systems, building a strong foundation in IT services, product engineering, business analysis, and manufacturing systems delivery.
