In this new role, Erica will oversee both operations and people functions, driving Panther’s mission to transform cloud security at scale.
Prior to her promotion, Erica served as Manager of Operations & People at Panther. In this role, she led various operational initiatives, ensuring that the company’s processes were streamlined and efficient, while also managing the people strategy to foster a supportive work environment.
Before that, Erica was the Executive Business Partner at Panther, where she provided high-level support to the executive team, including the CEO and VP of People and Marketing. Her contributions were critical in enhancing organizational effectiveness and supporting leadership in strategic decision-making.
Earlier in her career at Panther, Erica held the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO. She played a key role in managing executive schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
In addition to her roles at Panther, Erica has a diverse background in operations and people management, having previously worked with companies like LendUp, Y Combinator, and Facebook. Her extensive experience across various industries has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her new position.
