New York, United States, July 2025 – Eric Wesley has been promoted to Vice President, People + Culture Business Partner at SiriusXM, marking a significant milestone in his nearly four-year journey with the company. In this expanded leadership role, Eric will continue to shape the company’s talent strategy, organizational health, and executive engagement efforts while aligning HR initiatives with SiriusXM’s mission to lead the future of audio entertainment.
Eric has been a core part of SiriusXM since September 2021, initially joining as Senior Director, People & Culture Business Partner. Over the past three years, he has partnered with executive teams to build strong talent strategies, develop leaders, and support change management across various business units.
Before joining SiriusXM, Eric worked at Amazon for over six years, where he rose through multiple HR leadership roles including Senior Manager and Principal HRBP for Information Security and Cloud Control. At Amazon, he contributed to workforce planning and organizational transformation efforts across tech functions in both Seattle and New York.
Prior to that, he spent close to four years at GE Transportation as Site HR Manager and NA Locomotive Services HR Manager, where he led people strategy for operational teams across regions. His earlier career included a six-year tenure at Cintas, where he served in several HR roles, from Management Trainee to Regional Human Resources Manager, gaining deep expertise in employee development, service operations, and talent processes.
Eric’s career trajectory reflects a strong foundation in HR strategy, executive leadership, workforce planning, and organizational development across diverse industries, including tech, transportation, and manufacturing.
