With over 17 years of experience in operations, this move reflects her deep understanding of business performance, leadership, and culture, especially in large-scale, fast-paced environments.
Prior to this role, Anisa Gogaj served as a General Manager at Amazon, where she led large-scale operational teams and drove performance across complex business environments.
Earlier, she held the role of Senior Regional Manager at Amazon, building strong expertise in operations leadership, team management, and customer-centric execution.
Before joining Amazon, she worked with Albireo Energy as a Senior Project Manager, gaining experience in project execution and operational delivery.
She also served as Head of Operations at Troutbrook Company, where she managed operational strategy and execution.
Earlier in her career, she worked with eBay as a Regional Customer Service Manager, building foundational experience in customer operations and service excellence.
Anisa Gogaj holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Zicklin School of Business, strengthening her expertise in leadership and business management.
