Prior to becoming Managing Director and Partner, he served as Partner, following leadership roles as Principal, Project Leader, Consultant, and Senior Associate, steadily building deep expertise in strategic transformation, growth strategy, and operating model redesign across multiple sectors.
Earlier in his BCG journey, Deepak was part of the firm as a Summer Associate, gaining early exposure to client problem-solving, analytical rigor, and the firm’s collaborative consulting culture, which laid the foundation for his long-term consulting career at BCG.
