Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 – Newtuple Technologies has announced the appointment of Shilpa Mishra as its new Head People Experience. In this strategic leadership role, Shilpa will focus on shaping the employee experience, driving organizational culture, and enabling high levels of engagement as the company accelerates its journey in generative AI transformation.
Prior to joining Newtuple Technologies, Shilpa served as a Strategic Leader at IndiaAsha in Pune, where she contributed to strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and people management for over two years. Her focus on nurturing talent and building a values-driven workplace culture has been a consistent theme across her roles.
Shilpa’s recent experience also includes her ongoing position as Lead People Partner at ITShastra India Pvt. Ltd., where she has played a pivotal role in leadership development, employee engagement, and HR process optimization for close to three years. She has helped drive training, teamwork, and HRIS implementation, strengthening the HR function for sustained business growth.
Earlier, Shilpa worked as HR Business Analyst at Geminid Systems, Inc. for four years, supporting HR analytics, teamwork, and process improvements, and as HR & L&D Manager at CarDekho, where she was instrumental in executing training and development programs, business strategy, and organizational effectiveness over a two-year tenure.
Her broader HR leadership experience includes serving as HR Head (South East Asia) at WOG Technologies (P) Ltd, where she managed regional HR strategy and operations, and as Asst. HR Manager at IFB Industries Ltd. She also has experience as a SAP HR Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers, giving her deep exposure to HR technology and process optimization.
