In this pivotal role, Ashley will focus on enhancing organizational culture, driving HR strategies, and supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence in the healthcare sector.
Ashley brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across various industries. Prior to joining Ventra Health, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Advocate RCM, where she spearheaded initiatives in employee relations, compliance, and post-merger HR integration. Her tenure at Advocate RCM also included roles as HR Director, where she aligned HR strategies with business goals and oversaw restructuring efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Ashley previously held the position of HR Manager/Office Manager at Advocate RCM, where she developed HR policies, managed recruitment, and ensured compliance with federal and state laws. Her earlier roles include serving as an HR Generalist at FactGem and as a Human Resources and Paralegal NCO in the Army National Guard, where she managed personnel functions and provided legal guidance to leadership.
