During his tenure at Capgemini, Tarunpreet has been instrumental in building high-impact, analytics-driven HR frameworks. Previously, as Global HR Analytics & Talent Solutions Lead, he pioneered the use of workforce analytics to identify trends, anticipate skill needs, and enable strategic workforce solutions across business services. Earlier, as Global Human Resources Business Partner, he partnered closely with client stakeholders to deliver talent and engagement strategies that strengthened Capgemini’s global people brand and enhanced employee experience.
With more than a decade of rich HR leadership experience, Tarunpreet has worked with leading organizations including EXL, HDFC Bank, and Vedanta Group, where he spearheaded initiatives in HR strategy, workforce transformation, compensation, organizational design, and leadership development.
