Singapore, Singapore, January 2026 — Shruti Nishchal has started a new chapter as Director, HR Business Partner – Ads, Marketing & Partnerships at Netflix, where she will lead strategic people partnerships supporting the company’s high-growth advertising, marketing, and strategic partnerships functions across the region.
In her current appointment at Netflix, Shruti Nishchal brings nearly six years of progressive HR leadership within the organization. Prior to her elevation as Director, HRBP – Ads, Marketing & Partnerships, she served as Senior Manager, HRBP – Product, Legal & Finance, APAC, where she partnered closely with leadership teams across product, finance, and legal functions in the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier, she served as Human Resources Business Partner in Mumbai, supporting fast-growing business units during Netflix’s expansion in India.
Before joining Netflix, Shruti spent over five years with Qualcomm, where she led multiple HRBP and talent development portfolios. Her roles included Lead HR Business Partner for Qualcomm India’s Business Teams and Noida Technology Centre, Talent Development Partner – Software Technology & Business Organizations, and Diversity & Inclusion Lead, India, where she built leadership development, DEI frameworks, and organizational capability initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Axis Bank as Senior Manager, Talent & OD, and at Titan Company Limited as Assistant Manager, Learning and Development, strengthening retail learning ecosystems and organizational development frameworks. She began her HR journey with Tata Sons as a Management Trainee – HRDP, following early project experiences with EY and PepsiCo.
Across her career, Shruti has built a strong reputation for enabling high-growth organizations through strategic HR partnering, leadership development, and culture-shaping initiatives across technology, media, and financial services sectors.
Shruti Nishchal holds an MBA in Human Resources from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
