San Francisco, Germany, December 2025 – Brett Fleming-Jones has joined CWS Hygiene as the new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, Brett will lead the organization’s global marketing strategies and digital transformation initiatives to drive growth and enhance customer experiences across Europe and Ireland.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Brett will collaborate closely with regional Managing Directors and their sales teams to utilize CWS Hygiene’s data-driven insights and innovative marketing techniques to retain and expand its customer base.

Brett brings extensive expertise to his new role, drawing from his time as Marketing Director at PHS Group, where he successfully led marketing strategies for a diverse group of companies generating over £320 million in turnover. Over his six-year tenure, Brett played a pivotal role in driving growth for sales teams across multiple divisions.
Previously, Brett served as Head of Marketing at Wave Utilities, where he spearheaded a comprehensive brand relaunch, implemented marketing automation systems, and developed a market entry strategy for the B2B sector. His strategic acumen was further honed as Managing Director at ICENI Waters Limited, where he grew the start-up into one of the UK’s top ten bottled water brands, achieving consistent revenue growth and securing significant sponsorships.
Brett’s earlier career included roles such as Commercial Director at Cambridge Water Company, Marketing Consultant at SSWB Limited, and senior marketing positions at VarTec Telecom and Tri-Direct Ltd. His professional journey began in the British Army, where he served as an officer, demonstrating leadership and strategic planning skills in various international assignments.
