New Delhi, Delhi, India, January 2026 — Gainwell Commosales Private Limited has announced the elevation of Akanksha Chaturvedi to its Board of Directors along with her appointment as Executive Director & Chief Growth Officer (ED & CGO), effective January 1, 2026. In addition to her Board responsibilities, Akanksha will lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives spanning marketing, DEI, ESG, and the company’s focused aftermarket program, supporting the Construction and Power & Energy businesses through Caterpillar’s digital capabilities.
In her current elevation at Gainwell Commosales, Akanksha Chaturvedi brings over eight years of strategic leadership within the organization. She has served as Head of Corporate Strategy, where she played a pivotal role in shaping enterprise strategy, strategic partnerships, growth roadmaps, and long-term value creation initiatives across multiple business verticals.
Prior to Gainwell, Akanksha worked with UNICEF India as Communication Officer and Communication Consultant, supporting national-level communication programs and public engagement initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she served as Development Communication Expert at Prasar Bharati, contributing to public communication frameworks, followed by early professional engagements with the Office of the Advisor to the Prime Minister and NDTV, where she gained exposure to governance communication, public affairs, and strategic research.
Across her journey, Akanksha has developed a distinctive blend of corporate strategy, public policy communication, ESG orientation, and stakeholder engagement expertise.
Education
Akanksha Chaturvedi has completed the Management Program in Entrepreneurship and Family Business from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and holds a Master of Arts in Political Communication from Cardiff University.
