St. Paul, Minnesota, United States, January 2026 — Lori Mueller has assumed a new leadership role as Chief Human Resources Officer at AgriBank, where she will lead the organisation’s people strategy, culture development, leadership capability, talent governance and workforce transformation agenda, supporting AgriBank’s mission to serve rural America and the national Farm Credit System.
In her current role at AgriBank, Lori steps into the Chief Human Resources Officer position following her tenure as Vice President, Human Resources, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy, talent development, organisational effectiveness and workforce operations across the cooperative.
Prior to AgriBank, Lori served as Senior Director, Human Resources at LabConnect, supporting global workforce operations and HR transformation initiatives within the life sciences and diagnostics sector.
She previously spent over five years at DiaSorin Inc., where she progressed through senior HR leadership roles including Director, Human Resources, Senior Manager, HR Operations and Senior HR Business Partner, building strong capabilities in HR operations, talent governance, organisational design and employee relations.
Earlier in her career, Lori held senior HR business partnering and leadership roles at U.S. Bank, St. Jude Medical, Friends and Family Home Healthcare, Paychex, and Woodbury Public Safety, developing a deep foundation in HR leadership, operational excellence and workforce strategy.
