In this role, Bernese will lead enterprise-wide people strategy, organizational capability building, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent transformation initiatives supporting BPO International’s continued expansion.
Before his elevation, Nestor Nillusguin Bernese served as Talent Acquisition Head – RPO, PEO, Finance & Accounting and Payroll at BPO International, Inc., where he spent over a decade building robust recruitment architecture, strengthening employer branding, driving workforce analytics, and aligning talent strategies with long-term business growth. His leadership helped shape executive hiring pipelines, university partnerships, and diversity hiring frameworks that strengthened the organization’s operational scale.
Earlier in his career, he held strategic sourcing and recruitment leadership roles at TeleDevelopment Services, Inc. and PacificHub Corporation, where he managed multi-channel sourcing programs, volume hiring initiatives, and recruitment marketing strategies across high-growth BPO environments.
He began his professional journey in customer operations and quality assurance roles at Globe Telecom, building a strong operational foundation in service excellence, workforce performance, and quality management.
