Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Sterlite Electric has announced the appointment of Sajal Tandon as Head Administration (Vice President), strengthening its leadership framework as the company accelerates global expansion and operational excellence across its manufacturing and EPC businesses.
In his new role, Sajal Tandon will lead enterprise administration, corporate services, facilities governance, ESG-aligned workplace strategy and large-scale infrastructure readiness across Sterlite Electric’s India and international operations, enabling resilient, compliant and high-performance workplace ecosystems.
Before joining Sterlite Electric, Sajal Tandon served as General Manager at Sodexo | Deloitte Canada, where he led hospitality and corporate workplace services for Deloitte Canada’s flagship headquarters, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large employee ecosystems while delivering significant cost optimization, sustainability integration and service excellence benchmarks.
Prior to this, he worked as Senior Consultant – Administration & Leasing Operations at Hazelview Properties, overseeing administration, compliance governance and leasing operations across multiple commercial real estate assets in Canada, strengthening statutory adherence, audit governance and landlord-tenant performance frameworks.
Earlier, Sajal built a strong six-year leadership career at the Godrej Group as Deputy General Manager, leading centralized corporate services, infrastructure rollouts, ISO governance frameworks, security, EHS and enterprise administration across multiple Godrej businesses, delivering large-scale corporate infrastructure readiness and ESG-aligned operational transformation.
He began his professional journey in premium hospitality leadership roles across Taj, The Leela and Marriott, developing strong foundations in CX leadership, stakeholder engagement, commercial operations and high-profile enterprise service environments.
