Donna Trowbridge joins QBE Insurance after nearly five years at HSBC as Head of Digital Transformation and Sustainable Operations, where she led high-impact transformation initiatives addressing complex enterprise challenges including corporate real estate supplier strategy, global headquarters development, Silicon Valley Bank integration and operational resilience. She also spearheaded HSBC’s Net Zero in Operations strategy, delivering measurable sustainability outcomes while driving multi-million dollar efficiency and innovation gains through strategic supplier relationship management.
Prior to HSBC, she spent over seven years at DBS Bank as Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Employee Experience, shaping enterprise procurement strategy and employee-centric operational models across global markets. Earlier, Donna held senior procurement leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Ernst & Young, Barclays Bank, and Honda of the UK Manufacturing, building a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades in global sourcing, procurement transformation and capital projects procurement leadership across Asia Pacific, Europe and global banking and financial services environments.
