Chicago, Illinois, United States, January 2026 — AGFA HealthCare, a global leader in enterprise imaging and healthcare IT solutions, has appointed Angelica Stilling as its new Head of Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates its people, culture, and digital transformation agenda.
In her new role, Angelica Stilling will lead the global HR function for AGFA HealthCare, driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and workforce transformation to support the company’s innovation-led growth across international markets.
Before joining AGFA HealthCare, Angelica Stilling served as Senior Director – HR, Integration Office at Regal Rexnord, where she led HR and communications workstreams for the landmark $5 billion acquisition of Altra Industrial Motion, guiding complex global integration across compensation, HRIS, talent, organization design, and enterprise communications.
She previously served as Vice President, HR North America at WernerCo., where she led large-scale organizational design, DEI, leadership development, and culture transformation initiatives for the region’s manufacturing and commercial operations.
Her career also includes leadership roles as Division HR Director at Illinois Tool Works (ITW) and Director of HR at Stryker, driving workforce strategy, culture transformation, and talent development across automotive, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing businesses.
Earlier in her career, Angelica spent nearly a decade at GE HealthCare, where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles supporting healthcare IT, specialty solutions, and global marketing functions, as well as an eight-year tenure at Baxter Healthcare, building foundational HR and workforce capability across global IT organizations.
