Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — Digidarts has appointed Sakshi Nagpal as Head – People and Culture, strengthening its leadership team as the performance marketing agency continues to scale its talent ecosystem and culture architecture to support high-growth digital brands.

In her new role, Sakshi Nagpal will lead the people and culture function, focusing on organisational capability building, talent strategy, employee engagement, HR operations, and culture design aligned to Digidarts’ fast-paced, innovation-driven business environment.

Prior to joining Digidarts, Sakshi spent nearly six years as Strategic Talent Partner at Elements HR Services Pvt. Ltd., where she partnered with leadership teams on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, engagement initiatives and HR transformation programs.

Earlier, she held leadership HR roles at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd., serving as Manager HR and Manager, supporting operations, people processes and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

She also gained experience at PVR Limited as Assistant Manager, and at Feedback INFRA as Assistant Manager – HR, where she built a strong generalist HR foundation across payroll, HR operations, employee engagement and management reporting.

Sakshi began her career in HR leadership at Elements as Lead HR and at Mynd Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Team Leader – HR, developing expertise in HR operations, team leadership and employee lifecycle management.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sri Sharda Institute of Indian Management & Research.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
