Ghent, East Flanders, Belgium, January 2026 — Showpad has appointed Potoula Chresomales as its new Chief Product Officer, strengthening its executive leadership as the company accelerates product innovation and growth following the merger of Showpad and Bigtincan.
In her new role, Potoula Chresomales will be responsible for shaping Showpad’s global product vision and strategy, overseeing product management, innovation, and delivery across its AI-powered revenue enablement platform. She will play a key role in driving customer-centric product development, enhancing user experience, and supporting Showpad’s mission to power the next generation of field selling success.
Potoula brings more than two decades of experience across product leadership, strategy, and business development. She joins Showpad after an extensive tenure at Skillsoft, where she most recently served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, supporting enterprise strategy, board engagement, and executive decision-making. Prior to this, she spent over eight years as Senior Vice President of Product Management, leading the design and launch of Skillsoft’s award-winning learning experience platform, Percipio, and managing a broad portfolio of global digital learning products.
Earlier in her career, Potoula held senior product leadership roles at Kaplan Test Prep, where she served as Vice President of Product Management, and at The College Board, where she led multiple executive roles focused on higher education strategy, product development, and communications. She has also held leadership positions at McGraw-Hill and S&P Global, building deep expertise across product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and large-scale digital transformation.
With her strong background spanning education technology, enterprise software, and platform-driven growth, Potoula brings a proven ability to translate customer needs into scalable, high-impact product solutions. Her appointment marks a significant step in Showpad’s continued evolution as a global leader in revenue enablement.
