India, January 2026 — Lemma has announced the appointment of Vaibhav Prabhune as Senior Director – Sales | Performance Business, further strengthening its leadership as the company scales its full-funnel adtech offerings across Programmatic DOOH, Connected TV (CTV), and performance marketing.
In its announcement, Lemma highlighted Vaibhav’s diverse career spanning entrepreneurship, fintech, and high-growth technology businesses, bringing strong go-to-market leadership and outcome-driven sales expertise. Known for his ability to work closely with brands, agencies, and partners, Vaibhav has played a key role in shaping media strategies that successfully bridge brand objectives with measurable performance outcomes.
In his new role, Vaibhav will focus on driving adoption of Lemma’s solutions by helping marketers and agencies integrate measurable, outcome-oriented outdoor advertising as a powerful component of their broader media mix. He will also work on scaling frameworks and partnerships to accelerate growth of Integral, Lemma’s unified platform designed to support campaigns from awareness to conversion.
Before taking on this leadership role at Lemma, Vaibhav Prabhune built strong entrepreneurial credentials as the Founder of Kikito Technologies, where he spent around five years creating and scaling technology solutions including websites and eCommerce portals, offering end-to-end infrastructure development and CTO-style support for founders. His work enabled business owners to focus on customer acquisition while Kikito managed the complete technology backbone, spanning platforms such as Shopify, Magento2, and WordPress.
Earlier, he served as Chief Business Officer at Credy, where he contributed to building a plug-and-play suite of APIs aimed at enabling financial inclusion for fintech and e-commerce ecosystems. He also led Kikito & Co. as Founder & CEO, building what was positioned as a fin-commerce platform supporting SMEs by enabling access to working capital loans to fuel manufacturing and business cycles.
Vaibhav also brings previous experience with Lemma Technologies itself, where he served for over two years as Vice President – Sales | APAC, based in Singapore. In that role, he drove sales and growth initiatives across fintech and e-commerce platforms, managing sales P&L and end-to-end customer acquisition while enabling advertisers to bridge the gap between awareness and intent through blended digital channels including Website, Mobile and DOOH.
Prior to this, he spent nearly three years at Merkle Sokrati as Vertical Head – Business Development, leading performance marketing business development, technology-led pitches, and client value articulation through case studies and analytics. He earlier worked with PubMatic as Publisher Account Strategist, handling account performance, revenue optimisation, reporting insights, and client-facing relationship management.
Vaibhav began his professional journey with Accenture as a Program Manager, where he supported digital marketing and web development services for an FMCG client, building strong fundamentals in project leadership and delivery.
