Irving, Texas, United States, January 2026 — US Oral Surgery Management has appointed Zack McNiel as Vice President, Procurement, marking a key leadership move as the organization continues to scale its nationwide operational platform supporting oral and maxillofacial surgery practices.
In his new role, Zack McNiel will lead enterprise-wide procurement strategy at US Oral Surgery Management, overseeing sourcing, vendor partnerships, cost optimization, and procurement governance across the organization’s growing network of practices. Based in Irving, Texas, he will work closely with cross-functional leaders to enhance supply chain efficiency, strengthen compliance, and support sustainable growth.
Zack has been with US Oral Surgery Management for over four years and most recently served as Senior Director of Procurement and Real Estate, where he played a central role in building and scaling procurement capabilities to support rapid expansion. His responsibilities included strategic sourcing, real estate-related procurement, supplier evaluation, and embedding ethical leadership and compliance across procurement operations.
Prior to joining US Oral Surgery Management, Zack spent nearly six years at Rock Dental Brands, where he held roles including Director of Procurement and Strategic Initiatives Manager (Compliance). During this period, he led procurement transformation initiatives, strengthened supplier governance frameworks, and supported compliance-driven strategic programs across the organization’s dental practice portfolio.
Earlier in his career, he served as Practice Manager at Leapkids Dental in Little Rock, gaining hands-on operational experience at the practice level, and briefly worked as Procurement Support Specialist at eMed Healthcare, where he developed foundational expertise in supplier evaluation and procurement operations.
