Bentonville, Arkansas, United States, February 2026 — Rianne Dixon has been elevated to the role of Senior Director, Walmart U.S. People Strategy & Operations, reflecting her growing leadership impact in shaping people strategy execution at one of the world’s largest employers. In this expanded role, she will continue to strengthen enterprise-wide program governance and execution discipline, ensuring that Walmart U.S. People transformation initiatives land with clarity, adoption, and trust at scale.
In January 2026, Rianne Dixon stepped into her current leadership role as Senior Director, WMUS People Strategy – Program Management at Walmart in Bentonville, Arkansas. In this capacity, she leads the enterprise system connecting Walmart U.S. People strategy to execution, owning portfolio governance, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery discipline—ensuring transformation is implemented effectively and consistently across a massive associate base.
Prior to this elevation, she served as Director, WMUS People Strategy – Digital Experiences, where she was responsible for developing the strategic model to streamline prioritization and deployment of Walmart U.S. People digital experiences. She worked in close partnership with Product teams, HR Centers of Excellence, Operations, and Technology partners, ensuring digital people initiatives were aligned with business needs and scalable implementation.
Before that, Rianne served as Director, E2E (Frontline) People Strategy – PMO, acting as portfolio manager for strategic HR projects that supported Walmart U.S. frontline operations—representing a workforce of approximately 1.3 million associates. Her portfolio focus included release governance, talent reviews, feedback loops, and data insights collection, ensuring frontline people programs were executed with discipline and measurable outcomes.
Earlier, she served as Senior Manager II, E2E (Frontline) People PMO, where she led governance strategy, operating cadence, and agile maturity for the Walmart U.S. frontline HR portfolio—strengthening program rhythm, delivery reliability, and cross-functional alignment.
Alongside her corporate leadership, Rianne Dixon is also Co-Founder and CEO of Rianne Nycole Designs, a brand and web design studio where she partners with ambitious professionals and entrepreneurs to build high-impact brand strategies, websites, and visual identities. Her work blends Fortune 1 corporate and technology expertise with creative strategy and innovation.
Prior to joining Walmart’s People Strategy leadership track, she held multiple roles in Walmart Global Tech / Walmart Technology, including Senior Manager, Strategic Projects & Programs – Associate Digital Experience, where she led UX operations, operating reviews, annual operating planning, and technology enablement initiatives such as the COVID-19 Return to Campus program. She also served as Senior Manager, Technical Program Manager – International Pricing, leading global pricing product implementations across China, Mexico, and Canada, and earlier as Product Owner – Digital Operations Systems & Testing, supporting Global Integrated Fulfillment (GIF), a critical in-store fulfillment app enabling online pickup operations. She began her early Walmart journey in technology program roles including Technical Project Manager positions, Walmart’s IT rotational program, and a summer internship as a BI developer.
