Goa ,India, February 2026 — Anubhav Tewari has been appointed as Head of Innovation (R&D) at IFB Industries Ltd, where he will lead the company’s innovation agenda across product, service, digital, business model, and internal innovation management initiatives. In this role, he is responsible for establishing and running IFB’s Innovation Lab, working closely with R&D, Industrial Design, and Business Units to drive consumer-led value creation through a strong outside-in perspective.
With over 15 years of experience spanning innovation management, product development, and consumer-centric design, Anubhav brings deep expertise in building structured innovation ecosystems and translating insights into scalable, market-ready solutions. His appointment reflects IFB Industries’ focus on strengthening innovation capabilities to support long-term growth and differentiation.
Prior to joining IFB Industries in this leadership role, Anubhav was associated with Hindalco Industries Limited, where he led product development and design for a new consumer-facing venture, co-driving early-stage business development and innovation-led disruption in the kitchen and home space.
Before that, he served as Lead Innovation – Homecare at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd, where he led strategic innovation initiatives, built consumer-driven frameworks, and enabled growth through structured innovation accelerators, collaborative ecosystems, and premium product validation programs.
Earlier in his career, Anubhav spent nearly six years with BSH Home Appliances Group, holding multiple roles across innovation management, product lifecycle operations, and regional product management. During this tenure, he played a key role in aligning regional product strategies with global roadmaps, driving consumer-centric innovation for refrigeration and dishwasher products across India and ASEAN markets.
Anubhav began his professional journey with IFB Industries Ltd in engineering and R&D roles and also gained early industry experience at Infosys as a Systems Engineer, building a strong foundation in technology and problem-solving.
He holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Engineering Design from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and has completed an Executive Management Development Program in Data-Driven Product Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
With his deep background in innovation leadership, product strategy, and consumer-led development, Anubhav Tewari’s appointment is expected to further strengthen IFB Industries’ innovation pipeline and future-ready product portfolio.
