California, United States, February 2026 — Chelsea Pyrzenski has joined 24 Hour Home Care as Chief People Officer, taking on a leadership role focused on strengthening people strategy, culture, and workforce capability for one of California’s most trusted in-home care organizations.
Sharing her announcement, Chelsea Pyrzenski emphasized that this opportunity resonated deeply with her because of the organization’s mission and purpose-driven foundation. She noted: “At its core, this organization exists to care for people, clients, families, and caregivers at the moments when care and support matter most. That sense of purpose is authentic, visible, and woven into everything Team24 does.”
She also expressed enthusiasm about partnering with the leadership team, saying: “I am thrilled to work alongside such an extraordinary team and to partner with Steve Barber and Simon Close. Their leadership reflects a deep commitment to the belief that people strategy drives business success. At Team24, culture, belonging, and trust are not abstract concepts, they are daily operating principles.”
In her new role as Chief People Officer at 24 Hour Home Care, Chelsea Pyrzenski brings extensive experience in leading global human capital strategy, scaling workforce systems, and driving culture outcomes across high-growth and transformation environments.
Prior to joining Team24, she served as EVP, Global Chief People Officer at WalkMe™, where she shaped the organization’s global human capital strategy for approximately 1,300 team members across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Earlier, Chelsea served as EVP, Global Chief Human Resources Officer at HireRight, where she positioned the organization for IPO readiness, culminating in its IPO preparation in October 2021. In this role, she led global people strategy across The Americas, EMEA, and APAC, with leadership oversight spanning Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Internal Communications, Culture & Engagement, and broader HR services.
She previously held the role of Head of HR at VIZIO, leading the HR function enterprise-wide with oversight of HR business partnership, compensation, wellness, operations, payroll, talent acquisition, talent development, corporate events, and corporate communications.
Before this, she served as Director, Human Resources at the National Football League (NFL), where she provided executive-level HR support across NFL Digital Media functions including operations, product, creative, engineering, digital programming, ad sales, and innovation teams, supporting talent strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, performance guidance, and analytics-informed decision making.
Chelsea also contributed to major transformation environments at AT&T (post DIRECTV acquisition), serving as Manager, Human Resources, where she supported organizational structural design efforts tied to the $50 billion merger and integration.
