Mr. Singh took over the role in April 2024, bringing over 15 years of extensive human resources management experience to NFIL’s dynamic team.
Prior to joining NFIL, Mr. Singh served as the Lead HR Business Partner at Bayer in Vapi, Gujarat, where he played a pivotal role from December 2022 to April 2024. His tenure at Bayer was marked by significant HR initiatives that enhanced organizational efficiency and employee engagement.
Before Bayer, Mr. Singh was the Site HR Head at Alkem Laboratories Ltd. in Sikkim for nearly six years, managing all HR and Administrative operations of the plant. His strategic HR leadership was instrumental in fostering a productive work environment and enhancing operational workflows.
His earlier roles include serving as an HR Business Partner at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited and as Regional Human Resources Manager for Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (I) Ltd., where he oversaw HR operations for the West and East regions of India. These positions underscored his capability in handling diverse HR functions across different organizational contexts.
