This new role comes after her impactful tenure as Associate Administrator, where she dedicated herself to enhancing operational efficiencies and patient care standards.
Dr. Camp-Fry’s journey at Encompass Health began in January 2023, where she quickly demonstrated her leadership capabilities and a deep commitment to healthcare excellence. Within just over a year, her strategic insights and diligent management propelled her from Associate Administrator to the organization’s top executive role.
Prior to joining Encompass Health, Dr. Camp-Fry served as the Director of Ancillary Services at an Arizona hospital for more than three years, where she was instrumental in optimizing service delivery and patient care protocols. Her role at Indiana University Health further solidified her reputation as a skilled leader in healthcare management, overseeing customer care operations for nearly four years.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Camp-Fry made significant contributions to Covance Central Laboratory Services as a Hematology Supervisor and gained substantial experience as a Medical Technologist at CHRISTUS Health and the United States Air Force, where her career spanned a decade.
