In this role, he carries full profit and loss responsibility and is tasked with driving operational excellence, scalable growth, and long-term profitability across Brame’s expanding Texas-focused portfolio.
Prior to joining Brame Brands, Daniel Batty founded FCA Consulting, where he advised private equity-backed and mission-driven organizations on franchise development systems, real estate strategy, and growth execution. He simultaneously led West Coast business development strategy for Xtreme Cubes, advancing modular construction solutions for hospitality, retail, and housing projects and championing faster, capital-efficient development models.
Earlier, he served as Chief Development Officer at Swig, overseeing real estate, construction, and facilities strategy as the company pursued aggressive national expansion. He spent more than six years with Dutch Bros Coffee as Vice President of Design & Construction, where he helped architect one of the brand’s fastest growth phases while maintaining its culture-driven identity.
His earlier career includes leadership roles in franchise development and construction with Dunkin’ Brands, CKE Restaurants, Inc., SignResource, and McDonald’s USA, where he managed large-scale multi-unit restaurant development programs across multiple U.S. regions. This extensive background positions Daniel Batty as a seasoned operations and development executive with deep expertise in scaling consumer brands.
