Einbeck, Lower Saxony, Germany, February 2026 — Pascal Finke has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Oppermann Group, taking on executive responsibility for coordinating global operations across the company’s 11 production sites spanning Germany, China, the United States, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, Vietnam, and India. In his new role, he oversees operations supporting approximately €150 million in revenue and a workforce of around 900 employees, focusing on operational excellence, governance, and global performance alignment.
Before his promotion, Pascal Finke served as Head of Operations / Betriebsleiter at Oppermann Automotive Webbing GmbH, where he led a production team of about 80 employees in Einbeck, managing manufacturing operations for narrow fabrics across automotive, aviation, aerospace, personal safety, and sport industries. He simultaneously held the role of Head of Group Project Management within the Oppermann Group, supporting international plants through innovation initiatives, operational due diligence during mergers and acquisitions, and cross-site efficiency programs.
Earlier, as Group Project Coordinator at Oppermann Group, he managed international operational improvement and restructuring projects across multiple countries, including post-acquisition integrations and the establishment of new subsidiaries in Vietnam and India. He began his professional journey with the organization as a Dual Student in Business Administration and completed an apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant, building a strong operational foundation within the company.
Pascal Finke holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology, Leadership & Management from SRH Fernhochschule – The Mobile University.
