United Kingdom, February 2026 — Marisa Bryan has started a new position as Head of People at Nabla, where she will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and building a compelling employee value proposition to support Nabla’s rapid international expansion.
Prior to joining Nabla, Marisa Bryan held senior leadership roles at Contentsquare, where she served as People Business Partner and Global VP Talent. In these roles, she partnered with senior executives to drive organisational development, global DEI programs, and large-scale talent initiatives that supported the company’s high-growth trajectory. She played a key role in shaping workforce strategy and strengthening performance and development frameworks across international teams.
Earlier in her career, she led global talent and people culture initiatives at Criteo, overseeing large international recruiting organisations and supporting global sales and operations growth. She also held executive search and leadership recruiting roles at LinkedIn and Apple Retail, where she managed expansion hiring across EMEA markets. Her foundation in learning and development was built through leadership roles at Google, InterContinental Hotels Group, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Planet Hollywood International, giving her a strong blend of global HR, talent, and organisational leadership experience.
