Greater Cleveland, Ohio, United States, February 2026 — Brian Jackson has started a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at LayerZero Power Systems. In this capacity, he will lead the company’s overall human resources strategy, supporting organisational growth, talent development, and workforce effectiveness as LayerZero Power Systems continues to scale its operations.
In his new role, Brian is responsible for strengthening HR leadership, aligning people practices with business priorities, and building a high-performance culture to support the company’s trajectory of sustained growth within the power quality and critical infrastructure space.
Before joining LayerZero Power Systems, Brian served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Race Winning Brands, where he led enterprise-wide HR operations and supported organisational transformation initiatives across the business.
Earlier, he was Vice President, Human Resources Operations – Stanley Industrial at Stanley Black & Decker, overseeing HR operations for large-scale industrial businesses. He also held senior HR leadership roles at Amazon as Senior Human Resources Manager, and at Arconic, where he spent several years driving HR initiatives across manufacturing and operational environments.
Brian’s earlier career includes leadership roles with American Commercial Lines / Jeffboat, Douglas Autotech, and Briggs & Stratton, where he built deep expertise in human resources management, employee relations, and labor relations across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
