United States, February 2026 — Christina Kennedy has been promoted to Director at Lazard Asset Management, marking a significant milestone in her continued leadership journey within the organization. In her expanded role, she continues to contribute to the firm’s asset management operations, including her responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer of The Lazard Active ETFs and The Lazard Funds Inc.
Prior to her promotion, Kennedy held several senior leadership roles at Lazard Asset Management, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of The Lazard Active ETFs and The Lazard Funds Inc. She previously worked as Treasurer of Lazard Funds Inc. and Senior Vice President, and earlier as Assistant Treasurer of the Lazard Funds, Inc. and Vice President, building deep expertise in fund operations, financial oversight, and governance within the asset management space.
Before joining Lazard, Kennedy was a Senior Fund Accountant at Gates Capital Management, where she supported accounting and operations functions and helped coordinate the implementation of a formal cybersecurity program. She earlier developed strong foundations in investment management auditing as an Assurance Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, progressing through multiple roles including intern and associate positions.
She also gained early corporate finance experience as a Corporate Tax Intern at JPMorgan Chase, alongside academic leadership roles at Fordham University, where she served as a resident assistant and tutor.
