Los Angeles, California, United States, February 2026 — Sony Pictures Entertainment has elevated Nadya Ichinomiya to VP, Finance – Agility & Change Enablement, marking a significant step in her nearly two-decade journey with the organization.
In her new role, Nadya will focus on driving agility, cultural transformation, and change enablement across finance functions, strengthening adaptive capabilities and embedding modern ways of working within the enterprise. Her mandate centers on aligning agile principles with financial strategy, operational excellence, and long-term business value creation.
Prior to this appointment, Nadya served as VP, Head of Agile Transformation, Enablement, & Operations, where she architected large-scale agile implementations and led enterprise-wide culture change initiatives. She previously held the role of Executive Director – Head of Agile Center of Excellence, CFO Corporate Functions, overseeing the Agile Center of Excellence and designing transformative programs such as the “Impact Players” and “Empowerment Leadership” initiatives. These programs engaged thousands of employees across Sony Pictures and Sony Interactive Entertainment, reinforcing agile mindsets, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Earlier in her tenure at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Nadya held leadership roles in Global Television Marketing IT and the Digital Media Group, spearheading enterprise digital asset management systems, pioneering mobile application initiatives, and leading global technology transformation programs that enhanced operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Nadya serves as an in-person course faculty member at UCLA Extension, teaching Agile Methodologies with Scrum and Kanban as part of the Project Management Certificate curriculum. She is also an executive and leadership coach, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning, empowerment, and organizational agility.
