Folsom, New Jersey, United States, February 2026 — Amy Masci has joined South Jersey Industries as Vice President, Human Resources. She steps into the role at a pivotal time as the company builds on its strong utility foundation while accelerating investments in renewable energy and decarbonization initiatives. Amy will lead the organization’s people strategy to support future-ready capabilities aligned with growth and innovation.
Before joining South Jersey Industries, Amy Masci spent over a decade at Comcast, most recently serving as Vice President, Organizational Development, Culture and Inclusion. In this role, she led a Center of Excellence spanning talent management, engagement, inclusion, and change initiatives for approximately 10,000 employees across the Northeast Division, driving enterprise talent and succession strategies and large-scale transformation efforts.
Earlier at Comcast, she served as Vice President, Human Resources – Comcast India, where she led HR strategy for more than 5,000 employees across Comcast, Sky, and NBCUniversal, scaling HR operations during rapid growth and delivering significant enterprise value through workforce planning. She also held senior HR leadership roles supporting Comcast Business and Cable HQ functions, partnering closely with executives on organizational design, talent strategy, and performance.
Prior to Comcast, Amy held leadership roles at NBCUniversal and Campbell Soup Company, where she focused on strategic HR business partnering, organization effectiveness, talent development, and employee relations across complex business environments.
Amy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Villanova University.
