London, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 – Kate Wilkinson has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Board Intelligence, stepping into the role after serving in an interim capacity. In her new position, she will lead the people strategy at one of Europe’s most prominent board technology and advisory firms, driving culture, capability, and organisational effectiveness in a dynamic private equity-backed environment.
In the months leading up to her appointment, Kate Wilkinson served as Interim Chief People Officer at Board Intelligence, helping shape the people agenda during a period of growth and transformation. The organisation, part of the K1 Investment Management portfolio, is recognised as Europe’s largest board technology and advisory firm, trusted by more than 80,000 leaders across the Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and OMX 30.
Prior to joining Board Intelligence, she spent over four years at ELMO Software, where she most recently served as Chief People Officer. In this role, she drove the strategic vision for the People & Culture function in a private equity-owned SaaS environment, focusing on scaling teams, optimising HR processes, and aligning talent strategies with business objectives. During her tenure, she also held roles including Head of Talent & Workplace Experience and Senior Manager Talent, contributing significantly to workforce commercialisation, engagement, and capability building.
Earlier in her career, Kate Wilkinson was National Talent Acquisition Manager – ANZ at Veolia Australia and New Zealand, leading talent acquisition strategies across a 6,000-employee portfolio and managing executive search for senior leadership roles. She played a key role in launching an Employee Value Proposition and implementing SAP SuccessFactors ATS. Her experience also includes senior HR and talent leadership roles at Contract Resources Pty Ltd, Lion, and NES Global Talent, where she established and led a recruitment division across Singapore and Hong Kong. She began her career in recruitment consultancy at Total Resource Solutions and also spent time teaching in Nepal and India as a CELTA-qualified English teacher.
