India, February 2026 – Garima Rathore has started her new role as Vice President of Human Resources at Edysor.ai, where she will lead the HR function and support the company’s rapid growth in the AI-driven education and admissions ecosystem.
In her new role at Edysor.ai, Garima will oversee recruiting functions across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. She will manage client onboarding processes to enhance operational efficiency, develop and implement staffing recruitment services to attract top talent, and contribute to scaling the organization as it expands its innovative HR and education technology solutions.
Prior to joining Edysor.ai, Garima served as Chief Human Resources Officer at PincodeKart, where she played a pivotal role in building the organization from the ground up. She assembled high-performing teams, shaped the organizational structure, and aligned talent strategy with the company’s long-term vision, demonstrating strong startup HR leadership capabilities.
Earlier, she worked as Account Manager / Senior HR Manager at PURE STRATEGY in the United States, where she led HR responsibilities while managing key accounts. She also served in an Admin/HR role at Verve Advisory, strengthening her experience in HR operations and administrative leadership.
Garima’s professional journey further includes roles at Startek India as HR/BDM, and at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited as a Human Resources Associate, where she developed expertise in recruitment, virtual assistance, talent management, and HR coordination across remote and distributed environments.
