India, February 2026 – Joginder Tuteja has started his new role as Sr. Vice President at Xebia, where he will serve as Head of Talent Acquisition, India DC, strengthening the company’s talent strategy in one of its largest global delivery hubs.
In his new position at Xebia, Joginder will lead talent acquisition for the India Delivery Center, aligning hiring strategy with Xebia’s AI-first consulting and software engineering growth agenda. His mandate includes building scalable talent pipelines, enhancing delivery excellence, and supporting the organization’s rapid expansion across digital and AI domains.
Prior to joining Xebia, Joginder spent over eleven years at Axtria – Ingenious Insights as Sr. Director – Talent Acquisition, where he led the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in scaling Axtria from a $20M startup to a $1B enterprise. He strengthened campus recruitment programs, built leadership pipelines, enhanced referral and alumni programs, and improved key metrics including time-to-fill and early attrition. He also championed employer branding, candidate engagement, and leadership development initiatives, positioning Axtria as a global employer of choice.
Earlier, Joginder served as Head – Quality at Nucleus Software, where he established quality milestones, strengthened delivery governance, and led risk management initiatives to enhance operational resilience. Before that, he was Project Leader – Quality at Royal Bank of Scotland, leading Software Quality Assurance initiatives across a 2,000+ member organization. His earlier career includes roles at Sapient as SQA Lead (Sr. Associate Program Management) and at American Data Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. as Software Quality Analyst, building a strong foundation in quality management and process excellence.
Joginder holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Bangalore University, bringing over two decades of experience spanning talent acquisition, quality management, delivery governance, and large-scale organizational transformation.
His appointment at Xebia marks a strategic addition as the company continues to scale its global AI-first consulting and engineering capabilities.
