Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 — Bupa Global Capability Centre (GCC) has appointed Sidharth Gupta as Head – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (APAC & UK). Based in Gurugram, he will lead the talent strategy for Bupa UK’s newly established India GCC, supporting hiring and workforce strategy across the UK, ANZ, Europe, and the Middle East.
In this role, Gupta will focus on leadership hiring, scalable recruitment frameworks, employer branding, DEI integration, and AI-led talent practices aligned with Bupa’s global growth agenda. His mandate includes building a future-ready global talent ecosystem that combines the scale and legacy of Bupa with India’s innovation and talent depth.
Prior to joining Bupa Global Capability Centre, Gupta served as Global Director – Talent Acquisition at Flutter Entertainment. Earlier, he was India Head – Technology Hiring (ICB) at Amazon, where he managed technology hiring and strategic initiatives for key platforms including Amazon Pay, PRIME, MiniTV, Ads, and AIML. He played a pivotal role in launching global programs related to candidate experience, diversity hiring, AI-driven recruitment, and employer branding while partnering with senior stakeholders across India, the US, and Canada.
Earlier in his career, Gupta held leadership roles at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, where he headed Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Talent Management functions, and at Samsung R&D Institute India – Bangalore, where he led Talent Acquisition & Strategic HR. His professional journey also includes tenures at Infosys, Capgemini, and DXC Technology, blending technology expertise with strategic talent leadership.
An alumnus of Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur and International Management Institute New Delhi, Gupta brings a strong combination of technology hiring expertise and people strategy to strengthen Bupa’s global talent capabilities.
