Before her latest role at Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, Enger served as the Senior Human Resource Manager and Business Partner since October 2022. Prior to joining Drive DeVilbiss, Kelly Enger held significant roles at Interface, where she was the Human Resource Manager and Business Partner from May 2019 to September 2022. In this role, she managed HR functions and developed strategic partnerships essential for fostering a collaborative work environment. Before that, Enger shaped young minds as a Substitute Teacher with the Coweta County School System from January 2017 to April 2019, where she implemented educational programs that enhanced student engagement and learning outcomes.
Enger’s career also includes a substantial tenure at Caterpillar Inc., where she led various strategic initiatives in marketing and communications and played a key role in employee relations. Her comprehensive career spans over multiple facets of HR and business operations, reflecting her versatile expertise and deep commitment to fostering inclusive and effective workplace cultures.
