Ankur Sud Appointed as Head – Talent Services Group at Randstad GCC

Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Randstad GCC, part of Randstad, the world’s largest talent management organization, has announced the appointment of Ankur Sud as Head – Talent Services Group. In his new role, Ankur will lead a global team of over 400 professionals across the APAC, EMEA, and US&C markets, focusing on scaling Randstad’s talent services engine through innovation, operational excellence, and human-centric leadership.

With over two decades of global experience across shared services, operations, and business transformation, Ankur brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams, driving digital innovation, and aligning business operations with enterprise strategy. His leadership will be instrumental in expanding Randstad GCC’s delivery capabilities and reinforcing its position as a strategic growth hub within the organization.

Prior to this role, Ankur served as Director – Global Business Operations (US&C, EMEA, APAC) at Carestream Health India Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully built and scaled the company’s Mumbai Shared Services Center. Under his leadership, the center delivered end-to-end global operations in sales and service support, master data management, and customer experience. He also led strategic initiatives in automation, lean transformation, and succession planning, significantly improving productivity, margins, and governance standards.

Earlier, Ankur spent more than eight years at Agilent Technologies, where he played multiple leadership roles including Sr. Service Delivery Leader – Global Operations, Sr. Manager – Projects, Compliance & Quality, and Manager – Commercial Services Operations EMEAI. His contributions included optimizing global processes in finance and supply chain, standardizing quote-to-cash frameworks, and leading multi-site service delivery excellence programs.

His earlier career also includes strategic roles at IGT Solutions and American Express, where he managed pre-sales, bid management, and business transformation projects across the travel, payments, and enterprise services domains. His foundation in business process management and client engagement was built during his early years at Bizibi Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where he transitioned from telesales to training support.
