Brazil, February 2026 – Roberta Wildner Fortes has started a new position as Head of Human Resources at Stonecapital, taking on the mandate to structure and lead the company’s People function as it scales its business.
In her new role, Roberta is responsible for the full structuring of the People area, designing and implementing organizational strategy aligned with business growth. Her responsibilities include defining HR policies, processes and strategic KPIs; building recruitment and selection strategies aligned to business positioning; designing onboarding journeys; leading performance evaluation cycles in partnership with the firm’s partners; driving engagement and climate initiatives; managing benefits and payroll interfaces; ensuring labor compliance; and acting as a strategic advisor to leadership to support sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Stonecapital, Roberta spent over four years at SAP, where she served as Business Process Consultant (HCM) and earlier as HRD/HRBP Assistant. In these roles, she partnered with People & Culture teams and business stakeholders to translate organizational needs into system-driven HR solutions, supported SAP SuccessFactors implementations, monitored HR KPIs, contributed to talent reviews and performance calibration, and led engagement, wellbeing, and employer branding initiatives.
Her earlier career includes experience as Founder and English Instructor at Journey English, translator and interpreter (English <> Portuguese), trainee at Eurekka contributing to psychology and digital health content, and roles in education and administrative support—building a diverse foundation spanning communication, organization, and people development.
