Atlanta, Georgia, United States, February 2026 – Melanie (Anderson) Moore has started a new position as Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Kyndryl, where she will support the Consult business in driving global hiring strategies aligned with enterprise growth.
In this role, Melanie leads global talent acquisition strategy to enable business expansion, ensuring scalable, data-driven, and future-focused hiring practices. She brings deep expertise in global talent strategy, executive hiring, diversity initiatives, and large-scale workforce transformation across multinational organizations.
Prior to joining Kyndryl, Melanie held multiple senior leadership roles at Honeywell, including Inclusion & Engagement Leader – Global Regions and Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Honeywell Building Automation, where she guided global inclusion, engagement, and well-being strategies while leading enterprise-wide talent acquisition operations.
Earlier, she served in strategic HR leadership roles at Bayer and Monsanto Company, progressing from Director of North America Talent Acquisition to senior global innovation and talent strategy positions. Across her career, she has led global TA systems, employment branding, project management, and diversity initiatives spanning North America and international markets. She began her professional journey in recruiting roles at Citigroup and CitiMortgage.
Melanie holds a Master of Arts in HR Management & Development from Webster University.
