New York, United States, February 2026 – Jillian Weintraub has started a new position as Vice President, Human Capital Business Partner at Evercore, marking a significant milestone in her continued progression within the firm.
Jillian has been with Evercore for nearly five years, steadily advancing through key roles in human capital and diversity leadership. She most recently served as Senior Associate, Human Capital Business Partner, following her tenure as Senior Associate, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and earlier as Associate, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Across these roles, she contributed to strengthening people strategy, engagement, and inclusive workplace initiatives within the organization.
Prior to joining Evercore, Jillian served as Employee Engagement & Diversity Specialist at MUFG, where she focused on engagement and diversity programming. Earlier in her career, she held marketing and engagement roles at the Anti-Defamation League, building foundational experience in stakeholder engagement and communications.
In her new role as Vice President, Human Capital Business Partner, Jillian will partner closely with business leaders to align talent strategy with Evercore’s strategic objectives, supporting leadership effectiveness, organizational development, and employee engagement across the firm.
