Hong Kong SAR, February 2026 – Bluebell Group has announced the appointment of Ivan Zenović as Group Chief People & Communications Officer, reinforcing its strategic commitment to integrating people strategy, corporate communications, and retail excellence across Asia.
As a member of the Group Executive Team, Ivan now leads the strategic integration of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Retail Excellence for Bluebell Group, Asia’s leading brand curator and operator. Overseeing a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees, his mandate is to align the organization’s people strategy with its commercial ambitions to drive sustainable growth for 150+ global brand partners.
Prior to this appointment, Ivan served as Group Director, Centre of Excellence & Quality of Service at Bluebell Group, where he drove organizational effectiveness initiatives across Asia-Pacific. His work spanned HRIS optimization, employer branding, talent acquisition, performance management frameworks, learning and development strategy, group communications, and structural alignment of market operations. He also led consulting mandates across Korea and multiple Asian markets, focusing on organizational design, learning optimization, and quality of service transformation.
Before joining Bluebell Group, Ivan held senior leadership roles at Louis Vuitton as Director, Talent Management, North Asia and Director, Talent & Regional Office Head of HR, North Asia, where he strengthened talent and organizational capability across key markets. Earlier, he served as Director, Talent and Organization Effectiveness & Performance, Asia Pacific at VF Corporation, and spent over eight years at Avery Dennison, leading talent acquisition across Asia-Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa and spearheading global digital employer branding strategies.
