Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, March 2026 — Stita Misra has been promoted to Director, Talent Acquisition at ServiceNow. In this expanded role, she will continue to drive talent acquisition leadership across go-to-market and corporate functions, building on her track record of team leadership, recruitment strategy, proactive pipelining, employer branding, and interview assessment and candidate engagement practices.
In her journey at ServiceNow, Stita Misra previously served as APAC TA Leader – GTM & Corporate Functions (May 2025 to March 2026). Prior to that, she was Senior Manager, GTM Talent Acquisition – India (January 2024 to May 2025), where she led a team of seven overseeing hiring for India GTM and corporate functions, initiated strategic initiatives across proactive pipelining, branding and end-to-end interview assessment strategy, and partnered closely with senior business leadership and cross-functional teams to build recruitment strategy and execution.
Before joining ServiceNow, she spent over seven years with VMware, where she held multiple talent acquisition leadership roles, including Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (India Head of Customer and Business Ops hiring). In these roles, she led large TA teams, supported high-volume hiring across technology and business functions, drove DEI hiring outcomes, and anchored transformation initiatives spanning hiring experience improvement, branding, mentoring programs, upskilling, and cross-functional initiatives aimed at increasing women’s workforce participation.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Infosys as Senior Associate Lead, Talent Acquisition, where she led TA analytics initiatives including automated reporting dashboards and supported large-scale hiring delivery. She also held earlier leadership and internship experiences, including editorial leadership at Welingkar Institute of Management and a summer internship at Siemens. Stita Misra is a PGDM alumna of Welingkar Institute of Management.
